CEO

Jeff Prachel is currently the CEO of Prachel Painting and Prachel Waterproofing & Restoration, LLC. Jeff started Prachel Painting in 1985. Over the years he has established himself and his companies as the premier painting and waterproofing contractors in South Florida.

Jeff has been actively involved in many professional associations such as PDCA, Boma, and CAI. Jeff has more than 30 years of industry experience as a professional Painting and Waterproofing Contractor.

Frank Gavin has been the Lead salesman and now VP for Prachel since 1998. He graduated from George Washington University in 1987 with a BS in accounting. He spent his first seven years after college working in the public accounting field before moving into the construction industry. After several years in a family owned painting business, he accepted the sales position at Prachel Painting. He is responsible for all new sales, project management and related billing. He currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife, Debbie, and his two daughters.

During & after college at Marshall University, he helped start & run a successful commercial painting and restoration firm for approx 10 yrs. in West Virginia. He relocated to sunny South Florida in 2004 after selling his WV paint operations. After 6 months off, he decided to return to the coatings industry with an outside sales job at Sherwin Williams. A few years later he later took a promotion in sales management with both international coatings companies, PPG and Sto. Zach has been with our firm since Jan 2014 specializing in high end luxury residential homes, condo, waterproofing and commercial sales management. We are excited to have Zach apart of our team here at Prachel

Prachel’s Executive Manager, Zury Garcia has 24 years of experience in the construction Industry and has a verifiable record for the purchasing of materials on multi-million dollar projects along with her expertise in Bookkeeping, Office Management and Project Coordination.

Zury studied Business Administration at Miami Dade College. In her current position as the Executive Manager to the President, Jeff Prachel.  Zury manages all billings, collections, accounts payables, payroll, contracts, change orders, purchasing, bonds and insurance requirements, in addition to conducting field personnel reviews. While raising her triplets as a single mother, Zury strove to accomplish her goals in the Construction Industry and is highly respected for her determination, loyalty and commitment. She especially enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading and exercising.

Jason manages all operations in the field for Prachel Waterproofing & Restoration. He is responsible for managing personnel, safety and productivity during all phases of the project from start to finish. Jason’s expertise spans from historical preservation to commercial work, including all phases of waterproofing. He specializes in high-rise restoration including parking and plaza deck rehabilitation, masonry, caulking, pointing, bricklaying, epoxy injection, post-tension repair and installation, and sandblasting.

Jason holds certifications from OSHA for Safety Practices (OSHA 10 hr. Certificate), Suspended Platform “Competent Person” (16 hr. Certification), Suspended Platform “User Awareness” (12 hr. Certification), Post Tension Installation and Repair (Level One Field Fundamentals 36 hr. Certification), and in First Aid.

Jason is a native of Detroit. He is an avid Wolverine, Lion and Red Wing fan. Jason enjoys attending sporting events, but most enjoys spending time with his family in his free time.

Noemi has many years of experience in the construction industry and serves as the Administrative Assistant at Prachel. Noemi loves interacting with people which keeps the office running smoothly. Noemi has extensive experience in administration, secretarial and customer service. Her great attention to detail and ability to put our customer’s needs first helps to keep our customers happy. Noemi is a team player, an amazing person, and an asset to the company.

Noemi is a native of Chicago who enjoys spending time with her children doing a wide variety of outdoor activities.
